Meet Your Therapist
Mariliam Menéndez Santos, M.S., CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
Hi! I’m Mariliam, a bilingual (English/Spanish) speech-language pathologist with over 13 years of experience helping children build confident communication skills. I founded Way to Grow Therapy to provide care that feels different—personalized, family-centered, and fun—because children make the greatest progress when therapy fits naturally into their everyday lives and families feel empowered along the way. My approach focuses on real-life communication skills that carry over to the dinner table, the playground, and beyond. I specialize in Early Intervention, Receptive and Expressive Language Disorders, Speech Sound Disorders, and AAC, using evidence-based practices delivered through play and meaningful connection. I earned my Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Carlos Albizu University, am licensed in Florida, and hold ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence.

Speech Therapy
